When starting individual therapy, a thorough assessment will be done to determine if any mental health diagnoses are appropriate. A treatment plan will be done in a collaborative way to ensure the therapeutic approach will assist clients in reaching improvement of mental health. Clients will be assisted in making lifestyle changes and cognitive changes in order to improve their mental health.
In this program, clients will also receive a thorough assessment with a focus on identified problem areas in relation to eating, sleeping and exercise. Clients will receive an individualized workbook to assist them in tracking their progress and assessing improvements in their wellbeing. This program is designed for women who find it difficult to consistently prioritize themselves to meet their diet or fitness goals. Areas of focus include stress eating, inconsistent exercise, body image issues and poor sleep.
Telehealth can be a convenient option that allows you to take time for yourself in a busy schedule. The online session is easy to navigate.

We provide receipts (known as superbills) that clients are able to submit for reimbursement to their insurance companies if they are out-of-network.
